Maddie Wallace - Practice Manager Maddie joined the Canberra Development Clinic in February 2021. She has over 8 years of experience in administrative roles and has always been drawn to medical administrative work. Maddie has a Double Diploma in Business and Leadership Management. Her main goal is to ensure all patients of the Canberra Development Clinic receive excellent service. She always goes into every job with a smile. Jess Mielke-Spradbery - Senior Receptionist Jess joined Canberra Development Clinic in February 2023. Jess has over 14 years’ experience in administration roles, predominantly in the private practice sector. She has worked for various paediatricians, psychiatrists, and psychologists, just to name a few. Jess prides herself on being approachable and ensuring not only the smooth running of the clinic but upholding a high standard of care provided to all patients and their families. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Chanel. |
Alison Eastman - Senior Receptionist Alison started at the Canberra Development Clinic in April 2022. After 24 years in retail, Alison chose to change careers, moving from Wagga Wagga to be closer to her adult children here in Canberra. She has a passion for helping people and after becoming a medical receptionist in June 2021, knew she had found her next career and her long term dream to help people.

Annie Lloyd - Receptionist Annie joined us in May 2022 to gain more experience working in a clinical setting. She is currently on a gap year before commencing tertiary studies in the realm of medical science. Born and raised in Canberra, she is committed to offering the best quality of care to each patient and their family.
In her spare time, Annie is found reading Penguin classics and travelling in outback Australia. |
Mia Thomas - Receptionist Mia joined Canberra Development Clinic in May 2022 to learn more about paediatric psychology. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Science with a major in psychology at ANU. Mia enjoys travelling, taking care of her plants and completing puzzles. |
